Partner with Minty Clean

We're a Tucson residential cleaning company that handles the bookings, the clients, and the scheduling. You handle the cleaning. It's a 1099 contractor relationship — you're running your own operation, and we're running ours. We pay our cleaning partners well because good work deserves it.

Partners who show up reliably and take pride in their work get consistent jobs. Partners who don't meet our standards don't stay on. We're straightforward about that because it's better for everyone - especially the people who are serious about doing this well.

This is a professional operation. Every job has client-facing expectations — things like wearing shoe coverings, doing a walkthrough with the client at the end of each clean, arriving on time, and representing Minty Clean while you're on the job. Not unreasonable asks. Just the standard we hold ourselves to.

Independent Contractor Notice: This is not an employment position. Contractors are self-employed and responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and equipment. You will receive a Form 1099 at year-end if earnings meet IRS thresholds.
